Tully, NY
Crooked Lake
Located at the foot of Tully Mountain, near Tully New York. It was situated on some 20 acres of higher land between two swampy woodlands on the shore of Crooked Lake. It was used as a camp by scouts from Syracuse beginning in 1913. This area was probably a picnic ground before the scouts came. The camp was no longer used after 1929 because the council had purchased Camp Woodland and this would become the council’s summer camp.
